According to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation (Article 11) the rules established by labor legislation and other acts containing norms of Labor Code are used for the employment relationship with foreign citizens, stateless persons, organizations created or established by foreign citizens.
The following documents must be submitted by the foreign citizens entering into contractual employment relationship:
- a copy of the identity document and (or) ) the education documents holder;
- ORIGINAL duly legalized education documents confirming education must be translated into Russian language and certified by a notary (educational documents issued in Republic of Korea, Japan must be apostilled)
- ORGINAL duly legalized Annex to the international educational document (with disciplines, academic hours, credits and etc.) must be translated into Russian language and certified by a notary (educational documents issued in Republic of Korea, Japan must be apostilled).
- The translation of the previously mentioned documents into Russian language must be done in the Russian Federation. Then applicants need to make copies of the legalized documents (documents with Apostille) translated into Russian.
