DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIALIST CLASSICISM IN FORMATION OF ARCHITECTURAL MAGNITOGORSK WALLPAPER

Neoclassical style, leaving a deep trace in the development of the culture of
the working class in socialist Magnitogorsk, was realized since 1934 and existed for 20 years,
while the country was headed by JV Stalin. Magnitogorsk, developing before the war and during
the military period of 1941-1945, preserved the architecture of the initial stage of the formation
of this style, which is superficially lighted, since there is little information about the architects
who worked at that time. Today, this period is of great interest among architects studying
urban ensembles, the architecture of streets and buildings of the first socialist cities, implemented
in the neoclassical Stalinist style.
