POTENTIAL IMPACT ON HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH PARKS DIFFUSELY SCATTERED IN THE URBAN SPACE, THEIR CONTENT AND HEALING EFFECT.

Abstract . Green spaces in the city are found mainly in small amounts along streets , in yards or concentrated in a few parks. Across town so small number of representatives of the plant communities are not able to cope with large urban pollution . Convenience rhythm of city life , motorization and computerization alter the usual mode , change the person's perception of the environment and lifestyle. In an urban environment , all existing resources are linked to spatial features common areas. Nooks arising at the interface spaces aimed at large flows of people , open space along the routes and areas of industrial facilities not worked in construction, reconstruction and usually become neglected appearance , and often criminal. Opportunity to improve the situation is in the hands of the architect.
