STRUCTURING NATURE SANCTUARIES OF THE VOLGOGRAD REGION

This article is devoted to research of opportunity of structuring the monuments of nature and identification of their key features. This work introduces system of multilevel approach in research of the natural and historical environment for the first time. It introduces systematization of data on the account and control of a condition of natural and cultural heritage. The author applied research on an example of cities and territories of the Volgograd region, determined by the rank of natural historical environment and identifies the group of monuments of nature.
The protection of the natural and historic environment, the preservation of our cultural heritage and its transmission to future generations is an urgent problem of our time, requiring the adoption of informed decisions and immediate action. One of the main problems of preservation of the individual towns (villages), regions and countries as a whole, is that their attraction is estimated as a condition for sustainable economic development in the long term. The most studied today is the natural and historical environment of the capital city and the central regions of the country. The natural and
historical environment of the Lower Volga region, including Volgograd Region, only recently appeared in the field of urban planners.
The data obtained can be used in carrying out systematic research, the development of strategic documents of territorial and urban planning (schemes of territorial planning, general plans of cities, historical and cultural support programs and projects of security zones, land use and development, local standards of urban design), as well as for operational planning and can be used in the regions of the Lower Volga region, as provided adaptation - in other regions of the country.
Research materials can awake interest of the public authorities, ministries and departments, supervising and regulating the construction activities in the cities, municipal districts, provinces and autonomous regions in heritage protection. The work can be useful for practicing architects, as well as be used in the educational process in the training of architects, urban planners, restorers.
