PRINCIPLES OF MULTIFACETED STONE COMPOSITIONS IN LANDSCAPE ART OF CHINA

A characteristic feature of the spatial structure of a Chinese garden is a combination of clear boundaries in the form of walls and buildings with artificial landscapes that looks naturally. Research suggests that the basic principles of organization of space of classical Chinese manor garden are relevant for the modern urban environment. The result should be a series of landscape pictures that connect the visual and pedestrian paths in a single structure. The main structural elements in this structure are the composition
of natural or stylized rocks. This article covers the basics of configuration of architecture-landscape pictures, especially their perception of scale, demonstrates the typology of local stone compositions and covers the principles of plane and spatial construction.
