Article refers to the theory and practice of unconditional basic income as a factor in the improved industrial relations in the context of modern technological developments; examines its role in the context of the crisis of the welfare State; reviews the entering of UBI in social practices; consideration is being given to the possibility of its realization on the territory DFO of the Russian Federation, as a form of fastening of the Aboriginal population and encourage citizens to Western regions of the country to move to the Far East
