THE INFLUENCE OF OBJECTS CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE ON DURATION OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION
The paper considers the task of reducing the duration of construction of the residential quarter without additional resources involvement. The problem is solved in two stages. The first phase provides for the design and calculation of object flows. The second stage involves optimization of flows in time. Optimization of construction flows means in this case changing the order of inclusion of objects in the sequence. Reducing construction duration is due to the reduction of organizational breaks between jobs. Thus, reduction in the duration of construction of complex objects without increasing the resource requirements is achieved.
