BASIC PRINCIPLES OF MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF HEAT TREATMENT PROCESS OF CONCRETE PRODUCTS WITH HEATED AIR
The article presents heat balances, intended for heat treatment of waterproofed concrete paving slabs with air, heated in the solar thermal collector. The main components of this installation are: camera for the heat treatment of these products, solar thermal collector, fans, air ducts. The study examines three variants of waterproofing of paving slabs in the process of heat treatment. All their features were considered in the calculation of cameras heat balance. The joint analysis of heat exchange processes that occur in solar thermal collectors and heat treatment chamber, allows an opportunity to: - choose the best designs of the equipment; - simulate a regime of hardened concrete products that can be created in the production plant in a laboratory setting temperature; the purpose of this simulation - determination of the kinetics of curing products under these conditions; - create a production plant that provides temperature regime of hardening products corresponding temperature mode selected in laboratory tests (this is possible by using not only solar thermal collector, but also the air heater).
