PROBLEMS OF MICROCLIMATE PROVISION IN ICE ARENAS
A study devoted to the ice arenas, which have been built in sufficient numbers recently. Engineering systems for arenas are difficult task that requires the consideration of many factors. At the same time, required parameters of microclimate of such facilities are essentially different for various sports. The increase of energy prices leads to the need to improve the efficiency of energy-intensive systems of arenas. Such sports facilities have two features: firstly, provision of comfortable conditions for spectators and conditions for the normal functioning of the ice cover; secondly, to provision of the required power for the freezing ice cover.
