FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF OPEN COMMERCIAL PREMISES

The article deals with the development of open trade spaces, as well as their
location in the city structure, their inherent characteristics. Trade in our time as a single function
is no longer being considered, and trade objects expand the scope of the services provided. They
create a certain ensemble of shopping and entertainment companies in one area. And are aimed
at meeting many human needs. But street trade has survived since ancient times and carries with
it historical features and traditions. This kind of trade remains popular, but it is not adapted for
our time in order to compete with new popular types of trade.
