Abstract. Cities are incredibly complex things, and many thinkers consider they are entities that cannot be controlled or planned. Urban residents global encounter a numberless of accessibility challenges every day, many of which create particular challenges to persons with disabilities. The article considers а crowdsourcing like new tool for finding and solving problems of the urban environment. Create apps invites users to report urban accessibility challenges. The profit of using the web is that it is easily available and extremely visual, and allows users to converse as much or as little as they like. Local communities can take their market knowledge, thoughts, and support to help actively shape their neighborhoods and city.
