CREATING A NEW BRAND OF THE CITY ON THE BASIS OF ADAPTATION OF OBJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE
This research is devoted to the problem of reduction of socio-economic attractiveness
of cities and to the search for new ways to develop the potential of settlement through
the search of its distinctive characteristics and historical features, identification of main factors
influencing on the development of territories in modern conditions and also using formulated
principles on the example of Ivanovo city and its textile factories.
