FAVORABLE IMAGES IN FOLK ART AS THE BASIS OF ARTISTIC REVIEW OF CHINA'S TRADITIONAL CULTURE

In the traditional art of China, types of benevolent images, original in form
and symbolic filling, are known, based on the mythological thinking of the early centuries and
undergone changes under the influence of Buddhism and other cultural influences. The natural
desire of a person to be happy determined not so much individual signs, images, their plot
associations, but the figurative system of visualized well-wishes and formed canons. Such
works carry a certain function: protection, protection, sharing of fate (as closed by symbols, so
generally understood by virtue of a simple plot). The phenomenon of benevolent images is that,
as a phenomenon of traditional artistic culture, it is significant in the daily life and spiritual
practices of the Chinese people. The artistic practice of well-wishes endows a person with
reassurance, aesthetic satisfaction, combining all the sensations of life as a result of the creative
process. The article discusses the works of traditional culture and art of China - benevolent New
Year's images (nyanhua and jianzhi), which have both religious and secular features, indicating
a strengthening of interest in history, the transformation of tradition through the interpenetration
of elements of art, allow us to evaluate them as a platform of traditional art of China. The
relevance of this topic is determined by a review of specific works, and favorable
communications, traced in the growing ties of Russia with China.
