Investigation of the system heating residential building
Research is focused on assessing the efficiency of the heating system of a residential building - dormitory number 6 of FESTU. We studied the work of heating and hot water supply of the building, the work of the thermal unit. The research revealed the shortcomings of the existing system. The main drawback is the lack of devices regulating the amount of supplied heat and the temperature of hot water by the user. Work elevator thermal unit depends on the parameters of the thermoelectric plant. The parameters of hot water at the entrance to the heating system of the building not change. According to the observations for the period from January to April 2014 a schedule of change the heat-transfer agent and draw appropriate conclusions. It is revealed a decrease in actual flow of hot water regarding water allocations. This suggests that the system is hot water in a satisfactory condition. With increasing temperature, the outdoor air heating heat consumption is reduced, but the quantity of consumed heat quantity change is not proportional to change in ambient temperature. It is revealed overheat. That has a negative effect on the indoor climate and economically disadvantageous, since it leads to increased spending University. Proposed solutions to this problem is conversion of a heating system to an independent scheme. This solution would enable alter the amount of heat consumed by the user, which will increase the rate of change rate of indoor climate parameters based on environmental conditions.
